When will I get my order?

The shipping time depends on your location and the items you have ordered, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 5-​8 business days
• Canada: 10-20 business days
• Outside North America: We don't currently ship outside North America, but you can register your interest to do so here.

Refund policy

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@thehouseofbuzz.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
